Pultruded fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating are made with pultruded (I, T, and HL) shaped profiles and mechanically interlocked with solid rods or tubes. It has a high percentage of glass fiber roving soaked with resin and finally designed to desired shapes by heating and pultrusion. Pultruded gratings are good alternate compared to steel gratings due to its features like lightweight, antifire, chemical & UV resistance, low maintenance cost for challenging environments etc.
Fibreglass grating is a lightweight and alternative to steel or aluminium gratings corrosion –resistant and fire – resistant, the product line is ideal for use outdoors or in corrosive Environments, IM carries Molded and Pultruded construction types in a variety of sizes, resins and colours. Standard FRP Grating Surface
When the panel naturally cured, the surface shall have a concave surface for slip resistance. A standard grit surface is made through a secondary operation by sanding slica sand on the top surface of grating to provide long lasting slip resistant surface.

HeslyGrating FRP Covered Grating is a one-piece molded grating, combing the solid surface of plate on the top of molded grating. Covered grating is ideal for applications where require no open mesh of the grating. Whether over a food process or for reducing fumes and odors, covered grating meets the needs for solid surface decking that is both corrosion resistant and slip resistant. It is also used in areas where cart wheels or shoe heels might have difficulty if over standard open mesh grating.
Covered grating is available in a variety of thickness. Standard plate thickness is 3mm, other thickness is available as per customer's special request.
